Doggo Paradiso only sends SMS messages for transactional authentication purposes, including account registration verification, login authentication, and password reset verification. SMS messages are only sent after a user initiates a request. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on user activity. 4. Consent
By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receive SMS verification messages related to your account activity. SMS consent is optional and is given separately from your acceptance of this Policy or of the Terms of Service: you are not required to opt in, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance. Because these messages carry the verification codes themselves, withdrawing consent may prevent SMS-based verification from functioning, and an alternative verification method may then be needed to access your account.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, SMS delivery providers such as Twilio, analytics providers, and legal authorities when required by law. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as our SMS delivery provider process this data only to deliver the messaging service on our behalf. Your consent is recorded at the moment you tick the SMS consent option, together with the date and the wording you agreed to. Opt-out requests are honoured automatically: replying STOP stops further messages, and the number is retained only as long as needed for account authentication and legal record-keeping.
