By accessing or using the Doggo Paradiso website, mobile applications, kiosks, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Doggo Paradiso provides pet lifestyle services including pet washing kiosks, fashion and accessories, events, and related digital experiences. Service availability may vary by location.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. SMS Authentication
Doggo Paradiso is the sender of these messages. By ticking the SMS consent option and providing a phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages for account verification, login authentication, and password reset purposes. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you later provide consent again. For help, reply HELP or contact info@doggoparadiso.com. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to SMS is optional and is given separately from your acceptance of these Terms: opting in is not required to accept these Terms and is not a condition of any purchase. Because these messages carry the verification codes themselves, opting out may prevent SMS-based verification from working, and an alternative verification method may then be needed to access your account. 5. Payments
All payments processed through our platform are subject to the terms of our payment providers. Prices are listed in the applicable local currency and may change without notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to disrupt their operation, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or use the services for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, logos, and software associated with Doggo Paradiso are the property of Global Pet Care SL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doggo Paradiso and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Pet Safety
While we take reasonable measures to provide safe services for pets, owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are healthy and suitable for the services offered. Doggo Paradiso is not liable for pre-existing conditions or owner negligence.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
